- While I am a blogger at work quite a bit, this is my private blog. When I’m not busy with my daughter or the design automation of electronics, my main interest lies in cultural events as they relate to music, musicals, opera, theatre. Surprisingly my first opera – Wagner’s Lohengrin – which I watched by myself when I was about 14 years old, did not deter me from being interested in more.
- Partly triggered by my ballroom dancing when I was younger, I got more and more interested in musicals. My all time favorite still is Les Miserables by Boublil and Schoenberg – but then there’s also so much more … In this blog I will partly review events I have seen – even if they were even from some time ago – and of course write about events I am seeing going forward. My special interest lies in the underlying themes, music and values – largely driven by my raising my daughter 🙂
